Guava Gingerblossom Aloe Smoothie
Spring is upon us and it’s time to hydrate our skin from within. Best known in the islands for soothing sunburns, aloe vera can also heal the winter woes. The aloe vera plant is a succulent plant species from the genus Aloe. It grows abundantly in tropical climates and has been used for centuries as a medicinal plant. Aloe vera juice is a gooey, thick liquid made from the flesh of the aloe vera plant leaf. Use aloe topically on your skin for a clear, hydrated result or take it internally for a natural glow from the inside out. These water-dense leaves, combined with special plant compounds called complex carbohydrates, make it an effective face moisturizer and pain reliever.Combining the aloe leaf with our Guava Gingerblososm and a citrus zing, get your springtime glow ready with a Guava Gingerblossom Aloe Smoothie.
