Lemon Lokelani Rose Flavor, Shaka Tea

SHAKA TEA'S

LEMON LOKELANI ROSE

Lokelani Rose, the official flower of Maui, is made into a fragrant lei. Inspired by May Day memories of vibrant, pink Lokelani Rose, our Lemon Lokelani Rose is an elegant, floral take on a classic lemon iced tea.

Every May 1st, across the islands, May Day is celebrated with lei and hula, honoring each of the eight, major Hawaiian Islands.

GUAVA GINGER BLOSSOM

Our Guava Gingerblossom captures the delicate, earthy, balance between tart guava and botanical ginger.

Hikes through the wet, Koʻolau Mountain Range on Oʻahu are never complete without foraging for guavas and  running into patches of white ginger blossoms that can be munched on and have a milder, more refreshing, ginger taste.

MANGO HIBISCUS

In honor of mango season, enjoy our lucious, ripe mango flavored tea mingled with berry-flavored hibiscus.

“Seasons” in Hawaiʻi are differentiated more by what fruit is in abundance than change in temperature and no seasons is as exciting as mango season! Pickled mango, mango chutney, mango jelly, mango juice!

PINEAPPLE MINT

Our tangy take with a hint of herbal, refreshing mint, is a nod to our beloved pineapple - a fruit that has almost to become synonymous symbol of island life.

The industrialization of the pineapple crop in Hawai'i 19th and 20th centuries, brought people from around the globe to work on island plantations.

It's from this meeting of cultures that Hawai'i developed its own, distinct local culture, customs and Hawaiian Pidgin language.
