
Mango Hibiscus Mojito

Aloha, Sober October! Just because the leaves are beginning to turn on the continent, that doesn't mean you need to leave the tropical taste of Summer behind. It's safe to say we've all had our share of cocktails in 2020, but let's grab hold of our wellness before the holidays approach. We're starting off with a Mango Hibiscus Mojito recipe from our Mocktail Series to give you a little boost in the right direction. Infusing fresh mint and local lime juice from the yard for a guiltless take on a tropical favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Shaka Tea Mango Hibiscus
4 oz. fresh mango purée
(sub for frozen if mango is not available)
- 2 sprigs fresh mint, extra for garnish
- ½ oz. local lime juice
- lime wedge
- club soda
- 1 tsp. monk fruit sugar
- pineapple leaf or sugar cane stick for garnish
- crushed ice
Directions
- In a chilled cocktail glass, add lime juice, mint leaves, and monk fruit sugar.
Muddle your mixture together until the mint leaves are bruised and the monk fruit sugar starts to dissolve.
Fill the glass with ice, top with Shaka Tea Mango Hibiscus and mango purée
